But I commented on the seller feedback and within minutes I had a super friendly helpful phone call explaining. Very unexpected but it does make me realise how passionate this company is about getting things right. (and they are planning to update the webpage when they get time) They were very interested in my whole experience, ideas, and why I had wanted the socks, and I am sure the socks are very very good for people with diabetes, which is not the same problem I have in my foot. So for me, these are actually not worth the extra money over regular bamboo socks, but for others the difference may make it worthwhile paying extra for.The socks themselves fit well but I did not find them as comfortable as I expected. The tops are not tight but where they are attached to the rest of the sock is tight so that bit marks my legs. And the comfort sole, although obviously there and comfortable, does not support my foot like I thought it would and makes no difference to my foot pain. I personally would not buy them again as I found them no more comfortable than regular much cheaper bamboo socks. But this is not to say that others will not find they make a huge difference, particularly those with diabetes as the phone call from the seller made clear.I have had other bamboo socks and these are soft, temperature regulating, antibacterial/non-smelly etc just as expected. The only thing I am disappointed with, and only for myself, is that they did not relieve my foot pain, and the join of the top to the rest of the sock being tight.Thank you Green Bear for your fantastic customer follow-up. These are my favourite bamboo socks and they last longer than others because of the additional thickness, particularly around the toe area, which is often the first thing to go on some brands. I bought some for my partner and because we are size 5 and size 8 it's hard to tell them apart when they come out of the washing basket. This means we occasionally fight over them compared to other brands in our sock drawer. The comfort, quality and extra thickness on the toe and heel make for a superior sock. It's tricky to see the size difference if they're all black. Unlike some other reviewers I've had no problems with the tops being too tight.
