I got a orange one for my labradoodle, and it held up great for years. Some of the reflective stuff did wear off over time, but the orange color stayed bright. I then bought this blue one for my lab husky mix. He has had it for almost 3 years now. The color is still bright, and the reflective spots have not faded. Both of these dogs are very active as we walk almost everyday, hike, play in the snow, swim, get in dirt, sand, and mud as well. The collar is easy to clean and does not hold smell like some other collars I have had. The padding on the underside of the collar last and last as well. Most XXL's are too small.Beautiful deep red color. Good light reflection and sturdy clip and D ring. The only thing I don't like is that it only has one D ring but that's very common. One for a leash and none for the tag or visa versa.The dog loves it. I put it on and he's grinning from ear to ear. I took it back off to adjust it and he danced on his front paws anxious to have it put back on. I never expected him to be so excited and happy about a collar!
