The ONLY complaint I have is that the plastic wrapping around the books was torn open already, but everything seems new (crisp) and includes everything. The sticky notes, the CD, both workbook and textbook. Another complaint, that was not represented in the product I purchased and thus does not affect the score, was that there was an ad for their mobile apps on the textbook. Decided to check them out, but they're $6 each. Kinda expected it to be free/included. But oh well. Review: All good here! - Everything's here, even the post-it notes. :) Great to see.
