When the product arrived it was packed very well, but soon as I finished unpacking it that is where the problems began. More than half of the stitching around the desk pad was broken away between the top and bottom pieces, one of the corners were bent and there was a crease that went down the middle of the desk pad. I see that the edges are glued together not sewn, though the design has the appearance that they are sewn together. I probably wouldn't recommend this product unless the buyer is ok with glueing the product edges back together.
