It comes in other flavors but I just happened to like turmeric and ginger. I have a knee that is in need of surgery within the next couple of months, and came across this product. I got a small order to make sure it worked and it did. Before I could get a re-order my knee starting "clicking" constantly. The order finally came and bam! back to taking the stairs, being able to cross my legs without pain and no more clicking. I encourage anyone who has problems to please try this.

I love this product. I bought two different broths and this one beats the other one by a long shot. My only complaint is needs to come in bigger sizes or have more protein in the smaller size.
