I can't be absolutely sure if it's the crickets in their food, but it seems that way. Now, we have many more birds, and we've also added freeze-dryed mealworms to the seed mix, which seems to go over a treat! You really only need one or two packets of crickets per Ten Kilograms of Birdseed Mix, and we feel it was a good investment in out little woodland patch.

We began mixing these crickets with our regular birdseed mix last year and soon after, we bagan to notice more and different types of birds were living in our garden.
