Extremely powerful beam. Very study case, on par with a MagLite in weight and strength. Uses 3 AAA batteries. On/Off button is on the end cap, easy to push, though not too easy as a stray bump will turn it off. Adjusting the beam size is very smooth. For the price, I can't be happier with this flashlight!!!! 9/10 easy. Shipping was fast, the 2-pack even comes in it's own sturdy, padded case. Don't let the "Made in China", fool you into thinking this is a cheap, knockoff flashlight.
