If you wear them for pleasure, size 10-12 will feel nice, but if you wear them over incontinence pants you may need a bigger size. **Q: The ones I ordered, 32-36" were a bit small but the next size seems to start at 40" Is there a 36-39" 0ne. I like the leakproof welded seams.** A: I'm not familiar with this product in use. What I always look for in leak proof pants is soft/flexible PVA rather than hard plastic. You might find this material more compliant and better fitting in the 32-36" size. **Q: Are these restrictive in anyway and noticeable under clothing ie noise and bulk, also what do they feel like to wear, thanks.** A: Not noticeable under clothing but leg holes very small and leaves a pressure mark.
