I don't know if you are having some kind of surgery and you need to wash the body in preparation for this but this is what is usually used in Surgery for washing the surgeon's hands up to his elbows and any assistants who may need washing. I used it during the first part of Covid to clean my hands after shopping, going out and being exposed to other other than my family. I did not use it as a regular hand scrub. I used my regular soap which I would use on my body if I were preparing for surgery, Dial liquid. I cannot recommend this nor can I condemn it for private parts of the body based on my knowledge of your situation. Neither that bottle nor the one I recently purchased bear an expiration date on the packaging, nor would I expect to find one.
