Review: Works well; very hot. - I bought this to replace my old Mr. Coffee that has lasted forever; probably 20+ years, but the plastic has finally started breaking. This whole unit is bigger, the frame is thinner. I'm used to wresting my hand on the frame when picking up my mug but you can't really do that with this one. 170 is very hot. I don't even need to use my mug cover and it keeps my coffee hot. With the cover on, it starts to get too hot. The desk does get hot, but after 1 hour at 170, I was able to move the unit and put my hand directly on the desk and leave it there, so I don't believe it's too hot to be an issue. On medium (150) with my mug cover, it keeps the coffee hot, similar to 170 without the cover. On low, with my cover, it keeps the coffee warm, not hot, but acceptably warm. Lowering the temperature while on does not reset the timer, but you can't go back hotter, since you can only go H.. M.. L.. Off.. H.. again. The slope of the frame is fine, I move mine a lot, slide it towards me and away as I'm using it. The sloped design makes it a little harder to grab and move compared to my old one; I used to have more ability to grab the frame; this is fine just takes some getting used to. I bought this because of the Auto Off feature. It does "count down" by hour, which is nice, but no further resolution than that. It does turn off after the set amount of time. I'm happy with it. Glad I bought it. Hope it lasts.
Review: Space Saver - UPDATE! U very rarely update on Chinese products. I've had this for a few years now, and it's working just as great as fast one. It cleans up, and still heats very well. I recommend this one. If I'm not using a very thick task big mug on the170° setting, which does a great hot job, I keep it on 150°, it less, for the thin smaller mugs. End of update. I LOVE this one. I have a rolling bed table with limited space. This one is big enough for a huge mug, VERY hot (nice abd temp. is adjustable), auto & adjustable shut off, lights for 3 different temps... but small enough to not waste space like those rectangle ones. I don't know about long term use. I just got it. I highly recommend this one. Update: On THIS product, it heats VERY well, with both of these larger cups WITH indentation on the cup bottom in MEDIUM! GREAT WARMER if it lasts. I have no idea why others said it sucks. It's the best. Happy camper. UPDATE: STILL WORKING HOW AND GREAT WITH ALL MY HUGE THICK CUPS WITH INDENTS IN THE BOTTOM. I don't know how I lived without this. I need another one.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hot Hot Hot!
*by T***Z on July 20, 2026*

Update: I need to add that sometimes I forget to put my coffee back on this warmer and it gets lukewarm - I put it on and my coffee is HOT again!!! This thing is powerful! It keeps my coffee FRESH hot not just warm like others I’ve had. It is pretty large and also hot to the touch, so something to be aware of, which I was initially not a fan of, but I don’t mind now. I love it!
