Comparing ingredients alone, Torani sauce contains heavy cream and butter, and Dunkin' uses milk/light cream. From that, I would guess Torani is richer in flavor/feel. It's authentic caramel. I love the stuff and use it for more than coffee. It works amazingly well on all kinds of things.
