The first fan I bought was noisier and did not tilt so this one is much better. Lost one star only because it does not use a universal USB charger. I have broken the charging lead, (left it in the pocket of something when I washed it, not a fault with the lead), unfortunately I have no other USB leads with the same end so can no longer charge it sadly.
