Atleast twice as bright, 10x the longevity and at a fraction of the wattage - a Win-Win-Win. They throw out a cosy warm-white (yellowish tint) light in 360-degrees which feels every bit as natural as their halogen equivalents.When it comes to costs, LED bulbs are more expensive compared to other types of bulb but, doing the maths, the investment will save you a considerable sum in the long term, with savings on electricity costs and fewer replacement bulbs. If these last as long as the manufacturer claims then I have every confidence in choosing LED over any other type of bulb in future. ### ⭐ Not fit for purpose *by B***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 December 2017* Look really nice when on but unfortunately not fit for purpose and returned. In a standard UK ceiling light on a standard switch, not a dimmer, they were impossible to turn off!
