Review: Very under-rated !!!!! - This little item is really under-rated. I have fibromyalgia and oftentimes find it difficult to get comfortable to sleep.....this is a great size.....I had not realised it had been delivered in a little black bag. It is not overly big, so easy to carry and lightweight. It is quite firm which is great for supporting your neck, without hurting....everything can hurt when you have this illness. This is the first one I have ever owned and its a blessing. It has a fine velvet type cover and I wish I had gotten this sooner. A brilliant buy for me.........

However, I couldn't use it properly on one type of aeroplane seat (the seat's head area interfered with the shape of the travel pillow) but on the seat of the next aeroplane it was fine. I actually got this to rest my neck when sittimg at my desk for long periods of time as the back of my chair doesn't go high enough to rest my head on. The travel pillow only gives head support when the raised part of it is leaning against the back of a chair. Luckily for me being short, the raised part just about leans on my chair. I would recommend that the raised part of the pillow is made slightly longer (more raised) so that it can be used with chairs which have shorter backs and by taller people. I really like the way this pillow can fold up and how the cover can be removed for washing. Overall very comfy (& also warm so good if you are in the cold) and I would recommend.

A: It's probably bit big , I use mine but it's on the larger size. My kids use a smaller one made for kids. Hope that helps

**Q: Is this suitable for cervical disc problem and potential 8hr car journey?**
A: We used it for travel across Europe both in vehicle, coach and ferry. Was comfortable for us to use to ease neck cramp but I genuinely can't answer if it would be good enough for a serious neck or back complaint. General use was okay for us and to make a long journey more comfortable.

This little item is really under-rated. It is not overly big, so easy to carry and lightweight. It is quite firm which is great for supporting your neck, without hurting....everything can hurt when you have this illness. Good and very comfortable. I bought this neck pillow as I suffer with bad neck spasms and I get cricks in my neck easily. I am going on holiday at the end of the month and despite it only being a shortish flight I am a very nervous flier and like to be as comfortable as possible but because of my neck pains I thought a memory foam travel neck support would be fantastic as its a 5am flight and I of course would want to get some sleep but when I got this I tried it out on my bed and it was VERY comfortable I have a normal memory foam pillow for my bed and this is the best purchase I have got in the way of travel pillows because you can move it around to the way where your comfortable and you can always find a comfy spot! If you suffer with neck pains this is utterly perfect!!
