Review: Excellent reading/night lamp for kids or adults - This is just what we needed. My toddler started saying she's afraid of the dark and so we went and got this lamp. It has a very easy to assemble and figure out design and the 2 year old loved the star shape and found it easy to use immediately. The clip can attach to pretty much everything and I decided I don't want it plugged to the mains and so we plugged the usb to a small rechargable battery, the kind you use to charge your phone on the go. It works great and this way we are not dependent on sockets. None of the parts seem to heat so it's safe to use through the night and the 3 different light settings helped us unwind in the evening until sleep time where it was turned off but I know she can turn it on at night if she wakes up and needs it. All and all, a lovely product that I'm sure would be super useful in the coming years.

**Q: The switch is extremely hot which I am concerned may point to a safety issue.  Is it likely I have a faulty item? Daughter says it’s too hot to touch**
A: It should not be too hot to touch.  Please contact us through the 'contact seller' option and we will be happy to assist you further with your concern.

**Q: Can the bulb be replaced?**
A: Mine has only lasted 18 months and hasn't been on for 6 hours everyday. It hasn't been moved or tampered with? Shame as it was a really good light.

**Q: Would this lamp clip on cylindrical bed posts?**
A: The clips can be stretched to 6.5cm, so probably yes.

**Q: Does this have an on/off switch? And if so how close is it to the actual light itself?**
A: Yes, you can turn it on and off but it cycles through 4 settings: on, dimmer, dimmer, off, on, dimmer etc etc. It is a push button that is on a cable and if you stretch it out it is about 50cm form the actual lit up part but you could fold the cable back and clip it onto the thicker cable to make it more like 15cm from the lit up part.

This lamp is not only super cute but also so practical for night feeds! 🌙 With a 7months old, having a lamp at night is a must. It comes with a remote control, different light intensities and settings. The design is perfect for kids as the star is soft and squishy so they can’t get hurt, and it looks fantastic in my baby’s room. Highly recommend! 💡

This is just what we needed. My toddler started saying she's afraid of the dark and so we went and got this lamp. It has a very easy to assemble and figure out design and the 2 year old loved the star shape and found it easy to use immediately. The clip can attach to pretty much everything and I decided I don't want it plugged to the mains and so we plugged the usb to a small rechargable battery, the kind you use to charge your phone on the go. It works great and this way we are not dependent on sockets. Love this lamp. Clips to the side of the cot, adjustable so can move it out of sight to stop baby getting distracted. Dimmable and remote control means my partner can also turn it off and on from the other side of the bed. Bright enough on its lowest setting to feed baby without waking him up fully. Also really compact to take away with us. Nothing else on the market feels designed for the job of night feeding. Highly recommend.
