At the time I purchased it, it was fresh. They’d manufactured it only a couple weeks previous. Most of the stuff you buy in here can be well over a year old so you know your getting fresh stuff. They also use ingeo products to produce their PLA so you know your getting some of the best there is. Although I ordered it on Amazon, it came straight from them and came really fast. I wasn’t expecting it for several days but I believe I got it within 48 hours of ordering. Like others have said, it does like to be really hot for PLA so adjust your temps accordingly. I had excellent success printing on garlolite (my go to build surface) and also my textured pei build plate. The textured pei needs to be extremely clean from my experience and not just with 3D-fuel. My latest print I printed at .20 layer height and I couldn’t tell a difference between .20 and the .08 that I usually use for high quality prints in my Pulse XE machine (overpriced Prusa mk3s) It’s a bit pricey but your paying for the quality here.
