## Description

How to make a Kydex handcrafted sheath:  • First, the necessary measures for the sheath of the item to be protected must be taken in to account.  • Then, heat the Kydex sheet in the furnace at 150ºC for 2-3 minutes so as to be able to mold the material.  • Once hot, place the item between the two sheets of Kydex.  • To exert pressure, use foam rubber so as to adapt to the shape of the item.  • To insert the eyelets/rivets holes must be drilled to the extent desired.  • Once the sheath has been riveted, remove the surplus by cutting out the item's shape, leaving a separation between the edge and the rivet.  • Finally, polish the edges.
