## Questions & Answers

**Q: A few confusing comments about weight. Are these definitely 5kg per dumbell**
A: These are 2 x 5kg weights. Total weight = 10kg

**Q: Can anyone help i have 5kg weights i want to to build arm muscle i am a female and of course doing exercise at home will this work to build ?**
A: Definitelly! I use these for my home exerxice with Joe Wicks for a mix of 25 to 30 min exercise and my arms got a nice shape. Plus it will help build your overall strength when exercising with weights. The key is regular exercising too.

**Q: Hello are these 10kg each making a combined weight of 20kg**
A: No. These are dumbbells which are solid items (ends are not detachable), and therefore the weight shown on end of item is the total weight of that particular dumbbell! Therefore 2 x 5kg (for the pair), = 10kg.

**Q: are they sold separate or do you receive two dumbbells ?**
A: Thank you for reaching out to us.
The dumbbells are sold two in one set.
