A: The Rockford kit says it's waterproof, but I get to test this Theory yet!

**Q: Does the kit require cutting holes in the side of the bags to run harness to the head unit? Is it quick release?**
A: YES! There is a grommet included for this and it is quick release. There is also a UTube video you can watch to see. Search Rockford bag lid kit (both versions of the bag lid kit install the same way.)! Because you initiated the question, I can offer you a very aggressive price on this unit . **Q: Would they work on a 95 road king hard saddle bag**
A: As long as you have the factory style lids then yes they will. I had them for a year and still impresses me when I turn it up. I would also recommend the front setup with the amp.
