I have regular sneakers and can only wear the first two long ones and not all levels without the bottom half of my foor completely out of the shoe. Also make sure your shoes are comfy and not already snug because these do take up room so if I'm walking around for more than twenty minutes at a time it rubs the back of my feet. I've gotten blisters on both feet three times now because my shoes were already snug and these made them tighter. Yes I still use them though because just two inches of height difference really does make a difference. It feels good to feel taller than 5'2 which I always get picked on for. Also easy to cut them, just put them against the back of your shoe, start at a little longer than the shoe and then just keep putting it in and out and taking off one marking at a time. Just need to do it once to know where to cut the rest. Definitely worth it considering the official Conzuri brand can be up to 4× expensive considering if they are not having sales. Also I've read people complain about half your foot being up but y'all realize women wear these, aka high heels, all the time right?
