It arrived in perfect shape and installed easily with the help of some U-Tube videos. I did need to adjust the tension of the extruder (another U-Tube video) that I thought would have been adjusted during the manufacturing process. It works well, although I've found I need to fenagle the filament a little now to get it through the extruder to the hot end.
