I had girdle pain in my first pregnancy and got a belt through NHS which was rubbish. With my second pregnancy the girdle pain started early so I’ve been very careful moving around which was very inconvenient. Now I’ve got this belt I feel I can move around freely again. I wish I had got it earlier! It provides very good support and comes in three parts. I just use one part now (the under belly one) but if I go for a walk I will use the back support.
