These are not particularly unusual products. They are usually not air-activated. You mix the two chemicals together in equal parts and then fairly quickly the reaction takes place and the liquid expands into a rigid foam. You could probably extract equal portions of the two chemicals from the two pouches, but really since you're here on Amazon just search for expanding polyurethane foam and you'll find the chemicals in various quantities where you won't have to deal breaking into the bag and then storing the ruptured bag(s). **Q: Can this be used to set Deck Posts?** A: Its advertised to do so but I have not used mine...waiting on spring **Q: Is this strong enough for deck posts that only come up 2 feet?
