It's not perfect as it has some minor cosmetic flaws around the brim - but it does not affect the efficacy of the cylinder itself. I am disappointed as I chose this one over a less expensive model from a different seller simply for the Prime 2 day shipping as I needed it quickly. I order on September 1st and did not receive until September 5th. I had expected it on Tuesday as Amazon had said it was "guaranteed" by then. After not receiving it on Tuesday, I checked Amazon and found that the delivery date had been changed from Tuesday to Thursday without as little as an email giving me a heads up.
