Can it be connected directly to a 12 or 24V system?** A: The connection voltage is 110 volts AC .I do not recall seeing a transformer for changing voltage to DC. **Q: how much room does it take up under the counter?** A: The system dimension is 15.9"w x 5.2"d x 15.6"h, my system is underneath a country sink, which has the minimum space underneath of any sink that I am aware of & it fits just fine with a little resourcefulness. **Q: where is this product made? country of origin** A: I have no idea but assuming in China. **Q: Can I add a bladder tank? Any issues with doing so? I have a well and would like to have water if the power goes out.** A: No this system was designed to be tankless, the pump would add too much pressure ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product! *by M***L on 14 April 2026* I’ve now been using this product daily for 2 years and using water testing devices to verify quality. Still very happy after 2 1/2 years. *by D***D on 20 August 2026* I’ve had this system for about two and a half years now, so I figured it was finally time to leave a review. It’s worked really well the entire time, and most importantly, the water tastes great. One of the reasons I chose this model is the alkaline (remineralization) filter, which adds minerals back into the water after the reverse osmosis process. Just keep in mind that because of this, you should not expect a zero TDS reading. That’s actually the point. I personally didn’t want zero-TDS water and prefer having the minerals added back in. I also really like the tankless design. My previous RO system had a storage tank, and I much prefer having the water filtered on demand rather than sitting in a tank. This system does have a pump, so it needs to be plugged in, but that wasn’t a big deal at all with my setup. One tip after changing the filters a few times: I’ve found it much easier to take the whole unit off the wall, lay it on its side, and change the filters that way rather than trying to unscrew and replace them while it’s mounted. Overall, we’ve been really happy with it. Great-tasting water, reliable performance, and after over two years it’s still going strong. Highly recommended. ## Frequently Bought Together - SimPure Alkaline UV Reverse Osmosis System, NSF/ANSI 58 Certified, Tankless RO Water Filter System 400 GPD, pH+ Remineralization Water Filtration Under Sink, BPA Free, Built-in Pump - SimPure Small Water Pressure Tank for Tankless Reverse Osmosis System, RO Water Storage Tank with Fittings for Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Suitable for 1/4" and 3/8" Water Pipes - SimPure T1-400ALK 1-Year Replacement Filter Cartridge Pack Set for T1-400ALK Tankless Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System (2*PP Filter+2*CTO Filter+1*RO Filter+2*ALK Filter) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/579701822-simpure-t1-400alk-tankless-alkaline-reverse-osmosis-water-filter-400](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/579701822-simpure-t1-400alk-tankless-alkaline-reverse-osmosis-water-filter-400) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
