Most just seem impressed with the kit and all the thread. The two most accurate reviews were the one star reviews from people who actually attempted this monstrosity. I, too watched countless YouTube videos with little success. First of all, the pen is not mechanized in ANY way. It does not secure the thread the way a sewing machine does and you have to leave loops on the underside...and you better hope your pen is feeding the thread correctly or that you don't pull up 1/4" too high bc all of your previous work will unravel and come out of the fabric. The smallest needle does not accommodate the size thread that comes with the kit. It's to large to feed through the pen. And moreover, if you are successful, the back of the fabric is a loopy nightmare and a TON of wasted thread. I would NOT buy this again and will warn people against it.
