They cover the wound and absorb more seepage reducing the number of dressing changes required. Best of all, the backing is waterproof and do not come off in the shower. These were the bandaging reccomended bbby my husband's wound care specialist. Read the item description carefully because they come in a variety of sizes and shapes for different wound types.

These are the best bandages made. If applied correctly, they are water proof. Also, they are very cushiony, which helps if you bump that tender area. Pads are non stick. Just the best!

Great bandages to put on wounds that have to be packed and have heavy drainage. Sticks very well but comes off nicely too. Very easy on the skin. Good on areas that are hard to bandage. I've been doing wound care for 8 years and have used many kinds of bandages. This brand and type are my favorites by far.
