A: There are height mounting directions that come with the anchors. The bottom one mounts a couple of inches off the floor. The middle anchor should be at your shoulder height or just below.  To determine where to mount the top anchor extend your arm up and mount it at the height of your wrist with your arm fully extended up.

**Q: Are these plastic or metal?**
A: The clips themselves are a hard plastic capable of accommodating a pull force of 800 pounds.

**Q: Are tube type resistance bands really going to fit through those tiny top and bottom holes (not the center bigger hole)?**
A: Yes, standard size resistance tubes fit in the top and bottom openings. Simply stretch the band apart to make it thinner as you place it in the anchor.
