A little over a week ago I was contacted by the seller about .y experience with the lights. fywr an email exchange with suggestions as to how to make them work they offered to send me a new light set. No charge, no messing with returns and no grief about it. I am now beyond thrilled with the lights, they are as cute as I'd hoped they would have been and shine a nice light in my kitchen window box. A sort of solar night light. Awesome customer service to boot... (And no, I was not paid for my review)Lit up briefly inside but as soon as I wrapped them around my umbrella outside they stopped working. Too bad the little 'rattan' balls were cute. They’re battery operated so that makes taking them on and off of trees easier. I do that now since I found out the hard way that if you leave them in your bushes or trees, the squirrels will eat them. So beware of that.
