Can comfort and protection really go hand in hand? We think so! That's why we made the gloves' volume with 100% food safe, high-quality, molecular weight polyethylene yarn blended with spandex. This keeps them lightweight, flexible and comfortable, giving you that second-skin feel. And offers great cut resistance. But we also reinforce the three fingers most vulnerable to cuts: the thumb, index finger and middle finger, with stainless steel thread. And while stainless steel thread usually makes the material less elastic, focusing the thread on the most vulnerable parts of your hand keeps the gloves comfortable. This further increases the level of protection and makes your gloves more durable. 100% food safe cut resistant gloves that feel like a second skin Food preparation is an accurate and complicated job.
