It is super roomy and holds a lot of toys. It stands up on its own, even when it's empty. Aside from a thin loop of wire around the top (which is completely covered by the fabric), it is soft enough not to cause my son harm when he's getting his toys out of it. I bought two of these, one in each color, and they both seem very durable.
