The iPad slides easily into the case and results in a neater package than the Belkin case it replaced. It's thick, great quality, brilliant snug fit for my 4th gen ipad and exactly what I needed to fit in the back of a BA plane seat on my weekly journey to work. It's strange what folk want stuff for but for me that was the number one priority and it works a treat. I am not too fussed about it standing up on its own, but it does that too, very well. Highly recommend, it's not slimline but for whacking in your travel bag and throwing around the place then it seems to provide good protection. This one, however, is perfect. It fits everywhere it should, leaving everything accessible, the auto-sleep works when you close the cover, it's not too heavy and it looks very smart and stylish. All it's missing is perhaps a tag/flap to keep the cover in place if you have it simply folded back rather than slotted to make a wedge.
