Review: Good product, bad packaging - The product itself was pretty decent. However, the packaging was destroyed when it got to the door, being held together with a small amount of cellotape. I didn't even need to open it because it was already open. There was no protection around the product and when we removed it from the box there was scratches on the lid of the skylight. It didn't come with any fitting instructions or any screws. If we didn't need to fit it so badly I would have sent it back. However, the packaging was destroyed when it got to the door, being held together with a small amount of cellotape. I didn't even need to open it because it was already open. There was no protection around the product and when we removed it from the box there was scratches on the lid of the skylight. It didn't come with any fitting instructions or any screws.
