A: low always comes on first but it's very easy to soft push low then click to high

**Q: Why does it weigh 11 lbs?**
A: It doesn’t, it weighs 1.4 oz

**Q: From off is momentary (half press) hi beam?**
A: From OFF... Half-press gives LOW. A quick release and another half-press gives HI.
