## Description

Transform your home into a winter wonderland with National Tree Company's Pre-Lit ‘Feel Real’ Artificial Christmas Tree. This majestic Downswept Douglas Fir tree is 7.5 feet tall and 59 inches in diameter at the bottom, giving the tree a wide profile. Friends and family alike will marvel at how the tree closely mimics those outside. Molded from real tree branches for an authentic living tree appearance, this tree features our trademarked ‘Feel Real’ technology. Hundreds of crush-resistant polyethylene tips form full bodied branches to create a tree with remarkable realism. The tree is designed with a hinged branch system that allows the branches to swing down for a quick and simple set-up and fold back in for easy storage. Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look. This fantastically festive tree is strung with 900 Dual Color LED lights prior to packaging and includes a sturdy, metal base for a more convenient setup. The Dual Color LED bulbs can alternate between white and multicolor lights and includes a switch to control ten different light functions, allowing the bulbs to twinkle, flash or fade on either color setting. The lights operate individually, so if the bulb lens has not been cracked or broken, the light set will continue to illuminate except for any individual bulbs that are not working. Constructed with sturdy, high quality materials and hypo-allergenic, fire-resistant needles, this tree is built to bring holiday cheer for years to come. At National Tree Company, we strive to create high quality Christmas decorations to help you transform your home so you can keep making every holiday moment magical.

Review: A very surprised compromise - I did all kinds of research on all of the latest "artificial trees" and was totally amazed by how wonderful they really have become. My only regret was not opting for a 9'. The 7 1/2' comes in 3 parts and a base. Put it together by myself (5'0" 55 & disabiled) in about 1/2 hour with some figiting for a few days after. Normally a 14 year old could have done it in 15 min. Beautiful tree model (the "Downswept Douglas Fir Tree) as were many others. The "Feel-Reel" does make it real, it holds ornaments that a real tree couldn't hold, stays in place (but you could move the whole tree if needed without much hassle). I love white lights, my husband loves the multi-colored so we got a tree with both options which seems to add approx $120-$150 so I would suggest that you try to work out your differences, but we planned to keep this as long as possible so we went the whole way. The bottom 2 parts are hinged and just fall open and then you can arrange the smaller branches to your liking. Read the instructions, they are short and worth it. Turn the lights on before you seperate out the smaller, unhinged branches so you can arrange the lights evenly. I saw some for $5,000 and some for $50, this is perfect for us. I would suggest getting a storage bag to store it in. It comes down easily, the hinged branches just collapsed and the smaller branches you just kind of "squeeze" the smaller ones together. This has 750 lights, I believe, which was enough, although they had some with up to 2500 lights (that would be way, way too many). LED lights put out a brighter light, so you don't want your tree to be drowned out by lights. And the greatest part was not having to deal with spacing lights or putting them on at all!!! Pick out the type of tree you like. We always had real trees and lived in the Pacific NW. Lots of comments from everyone and we didn't even put as many ornaments as usual and no garland. The tree alone was just beautiful. I might have gone for one with some "snow" on it but it seemed to come off too easy and had a weird smell. One person pointed out that it didn't go around while in its stand but that is a designer overkill to me. This is a perfect substitute for a real tree with a lot of benefits and only two things missing...the smell and the going into the forests and picking your own out, but as you get older and/or the forests are too far away this is great! I suspect the prices will drop a bit next year. desertcart Prime had great prices and instead of only one type of tree with one size, they had a small selection that came from their own warehouse. It arrived in perfect condition 5 days before expected. I reserve 5 stars for absolutely spectacular items and ideas. Had this been the first year they had come out it would have been a "5". Keep extra bulbs and fuses and look at the warranty. Don't get one with less than 2 years, but don't expect one with a 10 year warranty either because people don't always take care of things and then blame it on the manufacturer. I owned one other "fake" tree 25 years ago in S. Calif. we only used it 2 years and gave it away. It was a nice tree but nothing like the new generation of artificial trees. I don't want to take it down!
Review: Nice Tree - When I was a child, my family had a tinfoil tree with the rotating three color ight. I promised myself in my adult life that I would always have a real tree. Well....we did for 45 years, but now with covid, tree prices and the difficulty of handling an 8-10 tree and 65 years old, I gave in. The tree arrived a day early. I made a 30" x 30" x 10" wooden box base to lift it off the floor so that it's easier to place gifts under he tree. The tree is heavy, so don't try to move the box around much. We opened the box and moved the three sections one at a time. It went together easily and my wife made quick work, unfolding the branches. It probably took about an hour and worked better with gloves on. Even though it took an hour, you're not having to string lights. National Tree was one of the few companies that offered colored bulbs. There are ten settings, some of them are, white, soft white, blinking white, colored, twinkling colored, colored to white and back to colored. We found the twinkling colored lights to be perfect, just a few twinkle at a time. The tree is very well made. The more carefully you manipulate the branches, the nicer it looks. It also had a lot of lights that connect at each section with a twist lock connector. There is an additional connector at the top, I'm guessing for a separate light for a tree topper. I will have to check their website for any accessories. I still love a real tree, but this is a nice replacement.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: how many branch tips does this tree have**
A: In the main description near the price: Tip count: 1867

**Q: What's the difference between model pedd1-312ld-75x (this tree) and model pedd1-d12-75? the specs are similar but this one's cheaper on most sites.**
A: Hello,
They are for the most part the same tree. The only difference is that the PEDD1-D12-75 features the PowerConnect(TM) through-the-pole lighting system that eliminates the need for connecting multiple light strings, reducing set up time. where as the PEDD1-312LD-75X does not. That is why you are seeing a price difference.. We hope that helps to explain the difference.
Thank you for your interest in our trees.

**Q: Do the needles shed?**
A: It does shed a bit.

**Q: What kind of adapter do I need to plug my angel into the top outlet on the tree?**
A: I ran an extension cord with another foot switch on it to avoid having to unplug it all the time. I found my additional foot switch at Target for about $8.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow!! Beautiful tree!!
*by J***R on December 22, 2022*

I’ve always had a real tree… being a recent widow, I decided I didn’t want to deal with a real tree any longer. I did a lot of research and finally decided on this tree. It just arrived (three days before Christmas). My only regret is that I didn’t order sooner. Before I ordered I watched the company video on how to set it up and that is what sold me. It was so easy to put up. It does take some time to fluff all of the branches. I spent about an hour - then I stepped back and saw holes, so i fluffed some more. Then I took a picture and saw more holes, so I fluffed some more. The more you fluff the better it looks. In all I spent less time fluffing this tree than I would have spent picking out a live tree. It’s very realistic looking - there are two types of branches which, IMO, makes it look fuller and more realistic. There are tons of lights on the tree and you can set the lights to color, white, and numerous combinations of flashing, fading, steady etc. The video suggests fluffing the top section before putting it up - I would agree that would be easier, but does require two people - one to hold and one to fluff. I put it on and used a step ladder to fluff. There is a plug at the top for a tree topper. The cord is plenty long enough to reach my outlet without an extension cord. I ordered the 7 1/2 foot tree and it is much bigger than I expected - I absolutely LOVE this tree…..next year I will put it up early do I can enjoy it longer!!
