I will place order again. I have ordered from this company/seller twice and this is the first time I have had an issue. I failed to open the air purification cartridge box when the product arrived and now I’m outside of the return policy. The water filter was perfectly fine and the air purification cartridge box was not damaged so I figured it was ok…. but when I opened it the filter is used and full of sand, sounds like rocks and deposits. I’ve tried to call them and no one answers the number listed.
