I’ve been taking something similar in powder form but this is so much easier and convenient to take. The dose is 1/4 tsp. two to three times a day. I take it twice a day. It says you can take it by itself or dilute it in water or juice. I don’t feel the need to dilute it because I don’t mind the taste at all, I actually think it taste pretty good! To me it taste like a strong honey flavor. It is very easy to take.
