I'm a 34B, sometimes C. The medium in the heather gray and heather denim (aka light blue) is perfect. However I am a large in the black one. I tried on multiple different ones at a department store and all of the black ones ran smaller than the blue and gray. They are otherwise identical. These have just enough lining without feeling padded. You can't see the shape of my nipples through them, but I don't feel too hot under them. (If you're buying it somewhere else, be aware that there are two versions of this that look very similar online, but the other version isn't lined.) I wash them in wash bags in the washing machine and then hang them to dry. The blue got some pilling after a short time, but the black and gray are still ok. (I did get better wash bags by the time I got the grey and black ones.) I like the amount of stretch. The shoulder straps don't dig in, and the band on my chest is not too tight while somehow still holding me in. I do get a slight uniboob with these, but nothing like sports bras. I still have some separation.
