The pea protein is a byproduct of this process and the demand for the noodle material is much higher than the protein in Asia. Where is the Cholesterol coming from?** A: I contacted Naked Nutrition directly. They responded stating that the first labels were imprinted incorrectly. The new labels have been changed to show zero cholesterol. There is only one ingredient in their pea protein and that is peas. It is vegan.
