However, one of the solar panel UBS power cords was damaged. I contacted the Hiseeu company directly and they quickly replaced the cord. The security cameras work as advertised. I am very happy to give them five stars based on their product and their excellent customer service.

I recently bought 2 cameras from Hiseeu. I love the fact that the system can support multiple cameras. The app they offer seems to cover pretty much any situation you will need for the cams from tweaking settings and viewing etc. Everything is laid out nicely to navigate. Customer service is praised by others for a reason. They reached out to make sure everything was up and running within, I think, about 24 hours. The clarity is great for what it is. Everything is sharp & clear. If you ever set up smart devices this should be a breeze as you basically add a device use wifi to sign in and bingo. Easy. So far everything has been what I expected and more
