I bought this as a present for someone's birthday. She is not happy with the drainage provided and there was no paperwork sent with the parcel so how is she or I supposed to be able to claim if the product does not last for 20 years/.  My main reason for buying this particular product that it is supposed to last for 20 years. I am disappointed that my friend does appreciate what was quite an expensive item

Bought three of these and two of the longer ones. They're obviously not cheap, but when you see them you realise they're worth it! Really solid construction, great size and, by all accounts, Larch planters really do last without any extra treatments needed. We've just had our garden completely 'made over' and wanted to replace old planters with something of a nicer quality - these certainly do the job!
