Using this as a candle warmer when I’m not using this to keep my coffee hot in the morning. Love thats functional and versatile

It does not heat up enough

I bought this device to heat and melt scented candles but after three days and more than three hours of use daily it does not heat properly even with the highest temperature.

I do not like super hot drinks. At restaurants, I add an ice cube to the cup. This pad keeps the coffee warmer than without it but even on max temp, it's too cold for even me.

I bought these only for a candle warmer and I've left them on and even restarted it (I think it has automatic shut off after 8 hours) and a regular size (medium) candle still wasn't liquid (meaning no scent the entire time)

I absolutely love this! I’m an avid coffee drinker and have my routine each morning and have always had to rewarm my coffee up a couple of times each morning! I got this and plugged it in at my makeup vanity and it’s perfect! Keeps my coffee nice and warm while I’m getting ready! Highly recommend!

Main points I need to share:• Every coffee mug we own (almost two dozen and none are alike) are designed without flat bottoms. This is very common ~ to prevent the coffee's heat from sinking into the surface it is resting on, only the rim of the cup touches the table. Since this warmer is flat, I was only able to raise the temperatures found 84 degrees F before stabilizing and this was on high.• This warmer is low profile enough to allow its heat to transfer out the bottom. On high for 30 minutes, my desk was measured at 129 F. This could negatively affect some surfaces, especially if they can wrinkle or have texture to get even closer to the bottom of the warmer so take that into consideration.As a gift, the box has a minimalist line art look and the blue lettering helps dress it up a bit.What I like ~• The cord length, heat settings, and function do exactly what is advertised. I have no doubt the flat bottom containers will absorb the heat. Likely an excellent candle warmer.• The design is sleek and low profile.• Safety timer helps put my mind at ease that I won't forget to turn it off.What I don't like ~• Really wanted this to work with our mugs but that's not possible due to the way good mugs are built.• Why is 8 hour shut off normal? Seems by then my tea will have evaporated and whatever leaves might be left will start cooking. Wish it was 2 hours.
