Sound is awesome, just clear and with the great fit, outside noise is no issue 4. Bluetooth is flawless and smart 5. I wish it was a USB C connector and I am sure newer versions will update the USB connection, but this does not impact the overall great product, it is just time for Bose to update this product 6. I now have three of these, 2 to keep charged, they last about 3 hours or more and one for my wife when she tries to steal mine 7. My Bose QC earbuds are wireless and compete with the Apple Air type thing in the in the ear. They have a higher quality sound but with no wire attached when they fall out and they will, they can get lost and I have lost a pair. The wires on the SoundSport I am reviewing are a great insurance policy against loss.

**Q: I’ve heard the thin ribbon breaks often without any duress. Anyone else seeing that? Mine did and I’ve used them 4 times sitting in a chair?!!!**
A: I've had mine for 6 months without a performance issue. I didn't realize it until I got them but they were (renewed) not sure it that meant repaired or not, but the case seemed to small. The price was right, and they sounded great. I actually rotate between 3 different sets always keeping one set charged. Like you I'm normally sitting or doing things around the house. Maybe you can get a replacement. Sorry that's all I got.

**Q: How long do they last on a single  charge**
A: Over 6 hours on near full volume

**Q: What is the best earbud available**
A: I purchased mine a year ago and love them.  They are the longest lasting earbuds I have purchased in years.  I do not use for music so I can not attest to the quality but for listening to books and phone conversations, they are great.

I wish it was a USB C connector and I am sure newer versions will update the USB connection, but this does not impact the overall great product, it is just time for Bose to update this product 6. ### ⭐ Stopped charging after a few months

I purchased these back in April and they will no longer fully charge. There is something wrong with the port. At first, it wasn’t indicating properly (blinking light color). Now it doesn’t light up at all. I have no idea if they’re charging or how much until I put them in my ear. Sometimes they’re at 20% after a full day of charging. Sometimes they’re at 60%. Either way, extremely disappointed. My first pair that I bought new in July 2019 lasted all the way until I bought this pair in April, so to have them only last a few months is a total ripoff. I wish Bose would just start making these again so I could buy a new pair directly from them instead of this refurbished crap.
