If you don't know how to solder the 12 gauge wires onto the posts, get someone who knows how to solder to do it. You can damage the internal electronics if you keep the heat on for too long. They recommend a minimum 60 watt iron, I'd recommend even higher. I got it done, without damaging it, but a novice should probably not attempt. Overall the programming features are nice. I'm not to happy with the delay on the reverse, but you may be able to program that out, I'm not too familiar with it yet. Overall it's a great ESC. I'm using it in an Axial Exo with the Pro4 HD 4300kv motor.
