The Electric Rim Lock SilverCloud YR300 is a robust, fail-secure locking solution designed for right-handed doors. With a 12V power source and compatibility with intercom and access control systems, it offers enhanced security for residential buildings. Made from durable stainless steel and brass, this lock is easy to install and perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.

Fail-secure, normal close. The lock opens at electric impulse or manually (the electric components inside the lock allow opening the lock from inside, even on power blackout conditions). Right handed door lock Electric rim lock. SilverCloud YR300 can be mounted on a right handed door with recommended thickness between 35 and 50 mm. Compatible with intercom and access control systems. SilverCloud YR300 electric lock can be integrated into an access control or intercom system. The Unlock button from the indoor unit of your video intercom system can activate the electric lock, allowing, thus, the access of the visitors inside the building. Main features. Lock type: Rim lock. Indoor opening mode: electrical / mechanical. Power voltage: 7 - 12V. Power consumption: 2 - 3, 5 A at 12V. Type: Normal close (Fail Secure).
