The current listing size of 100 x 81.1 x 74.8 cm, I assume is wrong. It'd make it a metre long** A: Hi the dimensions are : L=25 x W=19 x H=20 cm approx **Q: Is this any good to drain oil out of sump** A: I used an oil pan to catch the draining oil then transferred it into this container so it could be disposed of correctly. Check the quantity of oil to be drained. I think this is a 6lt container. Worked well for me as I was working on a motorcycle. **Q: Can you please tell me the width of the cap opening** A: I got another petrol container from halfords same size .I can't give you exact measurements as gave it to my daughter .next time I'm around I will measure it .would measure the other one but that's gone walkys. Get back to you vi Amazon email **Q: does the spout fit into the new style tank fillers?** A: All I can tell you is that it fits into my 2016 Astra Sri Diesel. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ well made *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 22 June 2026* sets the standard - well made ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ funnel *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 August 2023* This came in extremely useful on a recent trip to the library with my best friend Margaret Parsnips. It was a very hot day and we were in need of refreshments for our journey so we filled it to the brim with Robinsons orange cordial and off we went. Once we got the nack of using the funnel ( we alternated each time - I would pour into Margarets mouth and she would pour into mine ) it was a dream to use. With the huge 5 litre capacity it far out performed both of our one litre flasks that we would ordinarily bring with us.Its rectangular shape meant it fitted in my bicycle front carrier basket perfectly. I would highly recommend ! ### ⭐ Not fit for purpose *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 August 2026* Terrible product. Cap seal was faulty and petrol leaked out of the can. There was also a hard plastic ridge on the top of the can, right where your knuckles catch when you hold the handle. Not fit for purpose. ## Frequently Bought Together - CarPlan TPF005 Tetracan Leaded Petrol Can 5L with Cap Oil Spirit Fuel Jerry Transport and Storage Ideal For Cars Vans 4x4's Caravan Motorhomes Motor Garage Car Includes Spout 5 Litre Red - Stihl 7813198401 2-Stroke Engine Oil 1:50 100ml Pack of 10 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/56733873-carplan-leaded-petrol-fuel-can-red-5-litre](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/56733873-carplan-leaded-petrol-fuel-can-red-5-litre) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
