It's honestly great, and gets the job done. As another reviewer said, it's kind of annoying that it starts on high power, but it's easy to adjust. There was a bit of a rubbery smell, which I assume is just a material constraint. The power plugs directly into the hole at the bottom, through the outer layer of material - don't bother trying to peel up some portion. The battery life has also been good for me, as I haven't charged it at all, and I've used it several times already.
