Review: Hard - Once heated moulds easy enough to your teeth however when it dries/hardens, it is very hard with little to no flexibility. Had to remould it a couple times because it is thin and I bit through it but when heated it rejoins itself. I have veneers and a bit of a strong bite at night, afraid to use it as the pressure is not being absorbed and it is not evenly distributing my bite. If you have a light bite, or all original teeth :) , would probably work but doesn't suit my situation. Will likely visit the dentist to get a replacement for my prior one. Why does it turn white and get hard after it cools down?** A: The material it's made of is an invention. Instead of using a tray and a mouth full of goop this material was designed for easy at home fitting. I've redone mine at least three times until I was happy with the fit. As far as clear versus white that's the nature of the polymer plastic. It's meant to relax in high heat and stay solid in room or mouth temperature. **Q: It’s covering my gums in the front .
