AND YOUR HAIR! *by M***Y on June 8, 2026* I was genuinely excited to try this product but my experience was BEYOND disappointing. First, the smell is incredibly strong. This isn’t a light cosmetic or salon scent. The odor was so intense that it made my eyes water while using it in the shower. Second, the product created a noticeable heating sensation. Not like a mild tingle. My scalp and hair actually felt HOT TO THE TOUCH during use, which was concerning. The consistency is extremely thin, almost like water. It runs through your fingers and hair very quickly, making it difficult to apply evenly without losing a significant amount of product down the drain. As for results, I saw absolutely no improvement in the appearance, texture, shine, or manageability of my hair compared to my normal shampoo and conditioning routine. WORST OF ALL, And by far my biggest concern is the amount of hair breakage I’ve experienced since using it. I was platinum blonde for roughly 35 years and have subjected my hair to far harsher treatments, including regular bleaching, with less damage than I’ve seen after using this product. My hair is now bleach free and was in excellent condition beforehand. Since using this ONCE, much of the hair underneath my ponytail appears to have broken off significantly. (SEE PHOTO) This was the only new hair product introduced into my routine. They advertise this product as if it's a harmless conditioning glaze when in reality there is some serious chemistry that happens just based on the smell and heat alone. The bottle was also much smaller than expected for the price. At nearly $30, I expected something closer to a standard shampoo-sized bottle. While the ounce count is listed, the actual amount of product felt surprisingly small when it arrived. Lucky for me I wouldn't use it if I had more so I guess that's a blessing in disguise.
