If you are doing the prostrations, you must have this. I was getting injuries on my wrists and my husband got this gliders for me. This stuff slides like crazy on either carpet or on a wood flooring(slides a little better on carpets. Wood flooring has to be seamless and really smooth. I use marker board, a really big wooden board which one side is white and the other side is wood looking, you can get from Home Depot). This Glider made my movement so easy. No more injuries. Thank you so much for selling this gliders.
